I did a webinar today over Zoom for the Ancient Order of Hibernians (AOH), the Irish-American Catholic fraternal organisation. Ironically, Lynch was briefly a member of the AOH at some point in the later 1910s, and later spoke quite dismissively of them – as noted in the above video! It was nonetheless a very unique experience to do a talk on Liam Lynch for a US audience. My thanks to Danny O’Connell and Daniel Taylor of the AOH for hosting me.
